Writing code
Wrote code today after a long time. I love writing code & it’s why I got into computers in the first place, but over the years I’ve become that horror – a manager who reminisces about his coding days!
Well anyway, I wrote a short program to solve one of the challenges from the “Programming Challenges” book. I’ll recommend this book if you are interested in pretty hard programming problems.
Installation – Win7, Office 14 & VS2010
I installed the Windows 7 RC build, Office 14 Tech Preview build & the VS 2010 Beta1 build on my work computer today. All of these were the 64 bit builds. The entire installation took about 2 hours and required 3 reboots (not bad!).
The machine is all set up and spiffy now – take the “Upgrade to Win7” off my to-do list now :)
